Meet Joe
Joseph Kaminski
CMC, MBA, PMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
Our founder and CEO, Joe Kaminski, brings a diverse background working in many different industries to his consulting work. With a background in sales and a 25-year consulting career spanning federal government, advanced education, health care, insurance, finance,
telecommunications, and real estate industries, our clients benefit from his breadth of knowledge and experience.
Joe, a Certified Management Consultant, holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan, an MBA from the University of Regina, and is also a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Joe’s love of teaching led him to become a Professor at Algonquin College, where he taught Project Quality Management, Lean Six Sigma, Human Resources Management, and Materials and Operations Management to business students.
Joe leads the Creekside team by developing talent and providing successful outcomes to complex problems that require process-based strategies.
